I have been a customer of Otp banka srbija a.d. novi sad for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be quite slow. I have had a few issues with them in the past, but they were always resolved in the end. Overall, I would say that Otp banka srbija a.d. novi sad is an okay bank, nothing too great or exceptional.
