I am a CUSTOMER and I recently had an experience with Private tech. Overall, I would rate them as average. The website privatetech.com was easy to navigate and had a clean design. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
