The services provided by Balmer media are average. They have some good aspects, but also some areas that need improvement. Overall, I would say they are an acceptable company to work with. The website looks nice and is easy to navigate. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support team. They were not very responsive and took a long time to resolve my queries. If they could improve their customer service, they would definitely be a great company.
