I recently used customtool.us for a project and found their services to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of tools to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions and it took several attempts to get a response. When I finally did get a response, the representative was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. The product itself was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The shipping was prompt, but the packaging could have been better to ensure the tools arrived undamaged. Overall, my experience with customtool.us was just average. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them to others.
