I've been a member of the Garden gym for the past year and I can't recommend it enough. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, the equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The classes are diverse and cater to all fitness levels. I have seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining.
