The knives I purchased from Schaffen kitchenware are decent, but not exceptional. They do the job, but I expected better quality considering the price. While the blades are sharp initially, they seem to dull quite quickly. The handles are comfortable, but they could be a bit more ergonomic for a better grip. Overall, an average experience with Schaffen.
