I recently had the opportunity to work with Terra Stoneworks and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate 💻. It provided a good overview of their services and showcased some beautiful examples of stonework. However, when it came to communication and customer service, I found them to be just average. 📞 I had to reach out multiple times to get a response and sometimes there was a delay in their reply. The final product was decent, but not outstanding. 😕 There were a few imperfections that could have been avoided with more attention to detail. On a positive note, their pricing was competitive and they completed the project within the agreed-upon timeline ⏰. Overall, I would say my experience with Terra Stoneworks was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and craftsmanship. 🏗️
