I've been to Ageless Fitness a couple of times now...

I've been to Ageless Fitness a couple of times now, and it's been a mixed experience for me. The trainers are really good and helpful, but the atmosphere feels a bit lacking. However, the variety of workout options and the convenience of the location make it a decent choice.
