As a customer, I found the experience with this pediatrics company to be average. While the staff was friendly and the office environment was clean, I felt that the wait times were quite long. Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly and it was difficult to find important information such as office hours and contact details. On the positive side, the doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication. Overall, my experience was satisfactory but could have been better with more streamlined processes and better online resources.
