I recently worked with a media group on a project and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial communication was prompt and professional. However, I felt that the level of creativity and innovation was lacking in their work. The final delivery met the basic requirements, but it didn't quite meet my expectations for something exceptional. I was hoping for more out-of-the-box ideas and a unique approach, but it felt like a fairly standard execution. The team was courteous and responsive, which was appreciated, but I was left wanting more in terms of originality and impact. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there is potential for improvement in delivering standout creative solutions.
