I recently visited a franchise location of this company and was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. However, the limited menu options were a bit of a downside for me. While the food quality was good, I felt that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to similar fast-food chains. The location's speed of service was also a bit slower than I expected during peak hours. The online ordering system was convenient, but I experienced some technical issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are some areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
