I recently worked with a design firm to create a website for my small business. The process was relatively smooth and the team was responsive to my initial inquiries. However, I did encounter some challenges with the timeline and felt that the communication could have been clearer at times. While the end result was satisfactory, I expected a bit more creativity and originality in the design. Additionally, the website maintenance after the launch was not as seamless as I had hoped. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciate the effort put into the project, but there are definitely areas where the company can improve to enhance the customer experience.
