I recently had the opportunity to check out a company that specializes in promotional products, and I must say that my experience was average. The website's design was clean and easy to navigate, which made finding what I was looking for a breeze. However, I found the selection of products to be quite limited compared to other similar companies. Additionally, the prices were slightly higher than what I expected. The customer service was decent, with responsive staff members who were able to answer my questions adequately. However, the delivery of my order took longer than anticipated, causing a slight inconvenience. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have a user-friendly website and decent customer service, but their product range and pricing could use some improvement.
