I have been a customer of Grupo Internacional de Franquicias Esla Spa for several years now, and I must say that their products and services are simply average. While the quality of their products is not exceptional, it is also not terrible. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, there have been occasions where I have encountered some issues with their customer service, which has been a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say that my experience with this company has been average.
