I recently purchased a set of knives from Schaffen kitchenware, and I'm loving them! The blades are sharp, and the handles are comfortable to hold. They are also easy to clean, which is a plus. However, I did find the knives to be a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
