The interpretation service provided by Bay area communication access was mediocre at best. The interpreter assigned to me lacked the necessary skills to accurately interpret the conversation. There were numerous instances where key points were missed or misunderstood. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this service for important or complex interpretation needs.
