I have to say that my experience with General Time...

I have to say that my experience with General Time Corporation has been average. The customer service was prompt and helpful, but I found their products to be just okay. They're not bad, but they're not outstanding either. I wouldn't rave about them, but I wouldn't discourage anyone from giving them a try either.
