The experience I had with this company was just average. Their website, aps-machinery.com, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. They offer a range of advanced packaging solutions, which was impressive. However, I found the customer service to be average at best. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very detailed. In terms of product quality, it was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The packaging machinery I purchased from them worked fine, but it did not exceed my expectations. Overall, I would say this company is decent if you're in need of packaging solutions, but don't expect anything outstanding.
