I have been using Fitvista for a couple of weeks now and I am really impressed with the results. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I can already see improvement in my strength and endurance. The best part is that I can fit the workouts into my busy schedule. Fitvista has definitely helped me stay on track with my fitness goals.
