I recently used the services of this company for some electrical work in my home. 🏡 Initially, I was impressed with their website, which was easy to navigate and had clear information about their services and contact details. 🌐 However, my experience with the company was fairly average. The electricians arrived on time, which was a plus. ⏰ However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The technicians were professional but not overly friendly or helpful. The quality of the work done was satisfactory, but not outstanding. 💡💔 Overall, I feel that the company does an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and going the extra mile. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find any other options, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them enthusiastically. 🤷🏻‍♂️💭
