I recently purchased a set of sails from this sailmaking company and I must say, I had an average experience. The website was professional and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to browse their products. However, the customer service was not exceptional. Although they responded to my inquiries, the replies were somewhat delayed and lacked the personal touch I was hoping for. The quality of the sails was satisfactory, but I have seen better craftsmanship in other brands. The pricing was reasonable, but not particularly competitive. Overall, my experience with this company was average. If you're looking for a sailmaker, they might be worth considering, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
