The website of Autoradio-service was quite easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. I decided to give them a try as my car's radio needed repair. The booking process was smooth and they promptly responded to my query. Their customer service was average, they were polite but lacked a personal touch. When I went to their store, the staff seemed knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my radio. However, the time it took for the repair was longer than expected, resulting in some inconvenience. The quality of the repair was average as well, as the radio started malfunctioning again after a few weeks. Overall, my experience with Autoradio-service was average. I would consider giving them a second chance in the future but with some reservations.
