I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and recently tried Hartig Yoga. I must say, it was quite refreshing to attend classes at a new studio. The instructors were skilled, attentive, and provided clear instructions throughout the sessions. The studio itself had a calming ambiance, and I appreciated the variety of classes offered. I would definitely recommend checking out Hartig Yoga if you're looking to switch things up in your practice.
