As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this online company. 😐 The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, but I found the overall product selection to be somewhat limited. The prices were reasonable, but not exceptionally cheap. The checkout process was smooth and I received my order in a timely manner, so that was a plus. However, the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the provided solutions were not very satisfactory. Overall, Tawala has room for improvement in terms of product variety and customer service. I would consider shopping with them again if they expand their offerings and enhance their responsiveness.
