👓 I recently visited the eye clinic and it was an average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided necessary information about the services offered. The clinic had a clean and organized environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was polite and professional, however, I felt they lacked interpersonal skills. The waiting time was a bit longer than expected, but the eye examination was thorough and accurate. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided suitable recommendations. The pricing was reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. On the downside, the clinic could benefit from improving their appointment scheduling system, as it seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, it was an average experience, not outstanding, but not disappointing either. 🤷‍♀️
