As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this credit union. The website, fvwebs.ca, was fairly easy to navigate, with clear sections and menus. However, I found the overall design to be quite basic and outdated. It lacked the modern look and feel that I've come to expect from financial institutions. On the positive side, I appreciated the informative content available on the website, which helped me understand the different services and products offered. The customer service I received was satisfactory, with the staff being polite and professional. However, the response time was a bit slow, which could be improved. In terms of rates and fees, they were average compared to other credit unions. Overall, I believe this credit union has room for improvement in terms of their website design and responsiveness, but their service and rates are satisfactory.
