⭐⭐⭐ The experience at Nissan of Folsom Lake was pretty average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the useful features they offered. However, the customer service wasn't very impressive. The staff seemed distant and disinterested in helping. 😕 It would have been nice to receive a more personalized and attentive experience. The vehicle selection was decent, but nothing really stood out. The prices were also average for the market. Overall, it was an average experience. I expected a bit more from the company but left feeling indifferent. I would consider them as an option if I couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere, but I won't go out of my way to recommend them. 😐
