I have been attending a Pilates studio for a while...

I have been attending a Pilates studio for a while now and I must say that Studio BE Pilates is one of the best. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always make sure to provide modifications for different fitness levels. The class sizes are small, which allows for individual attention and correction when needed. I really enjoy the variety of exercises and the focus on core strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Studio BE Pilates!
