I recently purchased a guitar from Kma Music and overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, but I found the prices to be a bit higher compared to other music stores online. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order within the estimated delivery time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging as the box seemed a bit flimsy, but fortunately, the guitar arrived in good condition. The quality of the product itself was fine, but nothing exceptional. As for customer service, I didn't have any major issues, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit on the slower side. Overall, while Kma Music provided a satisfactory experience, I would say it was just an average online music store.
