I have been practicing hot yoga for a while now and Ember hot yoga is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are experienced and provide clear instructions throughout the classes. The atmosphere in the studio is relaxing and it makes the practice even more enjoyable. I always leave feeling energized and refreshed. Ember hot yoga is definitely worth a visit!
