As a customer of National Instrument Service Corp, I must say that their service is average. The technicians are knowledgeable and the turn-around time for repairs is decent. However, I have had a few instances where the repairs were not done correctly the first time, resulting in additional downtime for our equipment. Overall, it is an okay service.
