I had the opportunity to work with Swan about events for a charity event. While they demonstrated professionalism and were able to successfully organize the event, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The timing of some activities was slightly off and there were a couple of minor issues with the decorations. However, the team was responsive and made efforts to address these concerns promptly. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience and I appreciate Swan about events' commitment to supporting charitable causes.
