I've been using The Baby Sitter for a few months now, and I must say I've had a satisfactory experience overall. The babysitters have been generally reliable and capable of handling my kids. However, there have been a couple of instances where the babysitter was not punctual. Nonetheless, the customer service team promptly addressed my concerns and provided suitable replacements. I believe The Baby Sitter has the potential to improve further.
