I recently purchased some metal supplies from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the customer service was just average. There were delays in getting my order processed, and when I tried to reach out for assistance, it took a while to get a response. The quality of the metal supplies was satisfactory, but I have seen better at similar prices elsewhere. The delivery time was as expected, with no issues there. In conclusion, Alcam Metal Distributors did an average job in fulfilling my order. While they have a decent website and range of products, their customer service and quality could use some improvement.
