I recently purchased some office furniture from this company and the experience was average. The selection of products was decent, but the customer service could have been better. 😕 The delivery of the items took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. On the positive side, the quality of the furniture was satisfactory, and the website was easy to navigate. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but they definitely need to work on their communication and service to improve the overall experience.
