As a guest of this "hotel" for a recent stay, I was pleased with the scenic and lush surroundings of the property. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The suite was nicely decorated and offered a comfortable stay. However, I found the service to be inconsistent, with some staff members being incredibly attentive while others seemed disinterested. The dining options were satisfactory, but I expected a bit more variety. The lack of direct beach access was a downside, but the shuttle service made up for it. Overall, it was an average experience. I enjoyed the serene environment, but improvements in service and dining would make it a more memorable stay. 👍
