📚✍️ Just finished my experience with the 🏢 book publishing company based in Europe. Though my expectations were moderate, the overall experience was average 😐. The website is well-organized and user-friendly, which made navigation a breeze. However, I found the selection of books somewhat limited in terms of variety and genres. 📖 Moreover, the customer service could definitely use improvement, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my queries. On the positive side, the shipping was prompt and the books arrived in good condition 📦. While the quality of the printed books was acceptable, I would appreciate more attention to detail in terms of book covers and formatting. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but room for improvement exists. 📚🔍+
