I recently started attending classes at Pilates Worx and I must say, it has been a great experience. The instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive, making sure we are doing the exercises correctly to avoid any injuries. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The Pilates equipment is top-notch and the classes are challenging but also fun. I can already feel a difference in my strength and flexibility after just a few weeks of attending. Highly recommend!
