I recently had a 🐶veterinary experience with this company and overall, it was just average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciate the information they provided about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and less attentive to my pet's needs. I had to wait longer than expected for my appointment, which was frustrating. The vet was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns, but lacked a warm and friendly demeanor. The clinic itself was clean but lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The prices were fair and reasonable, but I felt there could have been more transparency with the billing process. In terms of quality of care, they did an adequate job, but I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. Overall, an average experience but improvements could be made in customer service and overall experience.
