I have been going to Defy Pilates for a few months...

I have been going to Defy Pilates for a few months now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I have seen a great improvement in my strength and flexibility since starting here. Highly recommend Defy Pilates!
