I recently used the services of this insurance agency after being referred by a friend. The website was easy to navigate and find information on the different insurance options available. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. While I eventually got the information and coverage I needed, it took longer than expected and required multiple follow-ups on my end. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that there could have been more transparency in explaining the various policy details. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their customer service in the future.
