I recently worked with a design firm to help with acoustic and audiovisual needs for an upcoming project. The firm's expertise and attention to detail were impressive, resulting in a smooth and efficient process. However, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking at times, which made coordination a bit challenging. The final outcome met the basic requirements but didn't quite exceed expectations. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement. The website was user-friendly and informative, making it easy to learn more about the services offered. I appreciated the comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous projects. More consistent communication and a slightly more elevated end result would greatly enhance the overall experience. 🌟🌟🌟
