I recently had an experience at tpph.com.au and I must say it was an average one. 😐 The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I found the staff to be just average in terms of their customer service. 🤷‍♀️ The receptionist seemed a bit disinterested and not very attentive to my needs. However, the doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and provided satisfactory care during my visit. 🏥 The website itself is well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed. 💻 The overall experience was not exceptional, but it was decent enough. While there is room for improvement in customer service, the hospital did meet the basic requirements during my visit. I would consider returning, but I hope to see some improvement in the staff's attitude and attentiveness.
