Translagos transportes is an average company. I have used their services a couple of times and overall they have been satisfactory. The drivers are usually on time and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. However, there have been a few instances where the drivers were not very friendly and the customer service was not the best. I would still consider using their services in the future, but I hope they improve on these aspects.
