Additionally, when I tried to contact them for further assistance, I experienced difficulty getting through to a live person. I was eventually able to connect with a representative, but the process was more time-consuming than I expected. I appreciate the important work they do, but I hope they can improve their accessibility and communication to better assist those in need.
