I recently purchased some paper supplies from this company and overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I needed without any issues. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had a few questions about my order, but when I called the provided number, I was greeted with an unhelpful and somewhat rude representative. They didn't seem interested in assisting me and brushed me off quickly. The delivery of my order was also delayed by a couple of days, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the quality of the paper supplies was decent and met my expectations. However, due to the mediocre customer service and delayed delivery, I would only rate this company as average.
