My experience with Marcol was a bit disappointing....

My experience with Marcol was a bit disappointing. The website itself was fine, but the overall service was lacking. It took a while to receive a response from customer support, and when I did, my issue was not fully resolved. The product I received was average at best. I expected better quality for the price. I hope Marcol can improve their customer service and product quality in the future.
