I recently purchased some steel products from their website and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The products arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were of decent quality. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service department. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, and the solution offered was not very satisfactory. I believe there is room for improvement in this area. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The products met my expectations, but the customer service could use some enhancement to better serve their customers.
