I recently hired a company to install a pool in my backyard, and I stumbled upon this company's website. The website was informative and visually appealing, which piqued my interest. However, my experience with the company was just average. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were some communication issues during the process. The installation team was punctual and skilled, although there were some minor issues with the final result. The quality of materials used was decent, but I expected better for the price I paid. The company did take responsibility for the issues and quickly resolved them, which I appreciated. Overall, while my experience with Addison Pools Inc was not exceptional, it was not terrible either.
