I have mixed feelings about It Adaptive. While their products are good quality and the website is easy to use, their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took a long time to get a response. However, once I finally got in touch with them, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate It Adaptive as an average company.
